Architect Alexander Tamanyan, who designed the theater using the best traditions of medieval Armenian architecture, connected two halls in a single semicircular building. Being in Armenia, the first Christian country, it is definitely worth visiting churches. St. Zoravor Church is one of the oldest churches in Yerevan and was built in 1693 of bright red stone.
